Parveen is an inspirational speaker and life coach. She has many awards for her expertise over her 20 years experience in helping people transform their lives.

Parveen taught in schools and presented many assemblies on culture, diversity, emotional and mental wellbeing. After her two disabilities she established her own business in wellbeing.

She was nominated for Chamber Awards 2008, Prestigious Global Awards 2023 as well as Health and Wellbeing Champion 2024 in recognition of helping people. Her 2025 award was at Houses Of Parliament Global Power Leader Award.  She has appeared on TV and radio, also in newspapers and magazines.
